Quality Policy

Quality has a central role in the delivery of our business operations, and our quality policy has the full support of senior management and staff alike. These are our policies:

  • We will pursue our business activities through the application of a Quality System that meets fully the requirements of ISO 9001:2008 and TickIT.
  • We are focused on meeting the customer's performance requirements in every respect, and undertake to deliver services and products on time and at the agreed price.
  • We are committed to seeking continuous improvement in our processes as a means of delivering a cost-effective, flexible and reliable service that will continue to meet customers' requirements ever more closely.
  • We will take effective measures to eliminate defects and non-conformances in products and services as early in the development cycle as practicable.
  • We recognise the central importance of our staff and technologies in delivering a high quality service and product, and are committed to developing the capability of our workforce.
  • We recognise the special responsibility we have due to our work in airworthiness and other safely-related activities.
  • We will always achieve compliance with legislative requirements, and will create and retain full and accurate records to demonstrate conformance.
